This session will explore the direct connection between intentional course design and integrating generative AI (GenAI) for high-impact teaching and learning. We will discuss how course design can promote authentic assessment, deter academic integrity violations, tailor learning experiences, and better prepare students for their careers and lifelong learning. Participants will learn how to examine course outcomes and use backward design to connect outcomes to GenAI-relevant assignments and assessments.
