We are facing a common story: we have a new university president, increasing budget pressure, a growing cybersecurity workload, and new strategic initiatives expecting more from IT. This session will share how we are using an aspirational IT Operating model to enable federated IT at NYU, including aligning the community through new governance, shared IT Service Provider responsibilities, and service category maturation.
