From identifying and selecting the right partner to setting expectations and establishing clear communication, there are opportunities for success and failure all along the way. In this panel session, EDUCAUSE Partners and Corporate Advisors will share tips for staying on the path to success, including working with consultancies, understanding key differences between academic-focused and broader-market providers, the distinction between partners and vendors and the benefits of each, the importance of implementation planning and onboarding services, and change management strategies for successful technology adoption.
