The primary objectives in the University of Florida 2020-2025 Strategic Plan for Information Technology include advancing an analytics-enabled environment conducive to enhancing and nurturing student achievement. This presentation will delve into our historical learning analytics endeavors, culture shifts, lessons learned, and ongoing progress made by the learning analytics team to realize this vision. Our discussion will focus on takeaways for other institutions that are also interested in promoting and supporting a campus culture rooted in data-informed teaching practices to bolster student success, with emphasis on dashboards, faculty professional development experiences, and educational research support.
