Micro to Macro Scale Assessment Training for Developing Data Culture

Data Empowered Teaching, Learning, and Advising (DELTA) is a professional development program at Arapahoe Community College (ACC) for faculty, instructors, and student services staff to establish a more meaningful and coordinated Data Culture. Starting at a participant’s personal practice, DELTA builds individual action into a larger assessment strategy of a participant’s department and program goals and is facilitating strategic, collaborative change of ACC’s early alert system for student intervention, which has just been enhanced by integration of our LMS with our student success platform, Navigate 360.
