Utilizing our DevOps capabilities, we have reimagined what service monitoring looks like and have delivered a solution that accurately and programmatically detects when our critical services are down. This triggers complex and numerous automations that often allow our customers to know a service is down faster than the system administrator can even respond to the incident. This has been done by stitching together multiple commercial products to create a differentiated and unique way of monitoring services.
