Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act was updated in April 2024 with new technical standards for accessibility of web and mobile applications. This session will look at the potentially broad impacts this new rule will have on public institutions and their vendors, and explore how to make the most of this opportunity to improve experiences and outcomes for learners, employees, and all constituents.
