This panel session will provide an overview of the technical strategy, change management techniques, and approaches employed within the Information Technology (IT) integrations workstream to engage and support ancillary (i.e., external) system teams through a major ERP implementation (from PeopleSoft to Workday) at the Universities of Wisconsin. In addition to sharing our engagement approach and activities, the panel will reflect upon where things stand with our program and discuss our challenges, lessons learned, and pitfalls to avoid as others embark upon similar journeys. We look forward to a lively conversation with attendees at the end of the session!
