The EDUCAUSE French Delegation celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2023. This milestone is an opportunity for a look back to the past decade, which this session will discuss in two parts:1/ A reflexive analysis of the evolution of the main Digital trends and stakes Higher Education is facing, from a French perspective and through the lessons learned from ten continuous years of attendance at EDUCAUSE Annual Conferences2/ (Especially) for other international attendees and/or groups of attendees considering setting up a similar delegation, a how-to that will present the key aspects related to the creation, institutionalization, and steering of such a Delegation (including its tangible outcomes)
