You can't please all of the people all of the time, but can you get close? The selection, identification, and implementation of a new course management system is a daunting task, even more so now that the CMS is an integral part of academic and administrative functions on campus. In this session, presenters will share their collaborative process for building consensus and focusing the selection of a new CMS through scripts, rubrics, and a feature-by-feature shootout.
