Overview

Institutional success is enabled by IT as a strategic partner. However, securing leadership support for IT requires CIOs to cultivate strong partnerships across the institution to effectively drive change. Join us to learn how to create the foundation for effective change leadership by building a coalition of functional leaders.

The resilience of the design created by the VCCS was stress tested during the COVID-19 pandemic. Strategic governance gave VCCS the framework to make adjustments on the fly with stakeholder involvement in the face of a looming crisis. This session will unpack several examples of how governance processes provide a pathway to streamlined and vetted decision-making.
