Overview
Analytics initiatives (at any scale) require momentum. Successfully executing an initiative requires support from a variety of institutional levels and stakeholders. One critical component in garnering support from stakeholders is to cultivate collaborative relationships. In this Learning Lab, you will learn how to influence and direct analytics work in a positive way, regardless of your position.
Learning Outcomes:
NOTE: You will be asked to complete assignments in between the Learning Lab segments that support the learning outcomes stated below. You will receive feedback and constructive critique from course facilitators.
- Assess institutional analytics maturity/preparedness.
- Identify and engage stakeholders who are key to cross-institutional collaboration in analytics work.
- Develop a plan, in the context of your role, to move analytics forward at your institution.
- Gain confidence in the ability to influence change via analytics initiatives.
Target Audience
Data professionals and those directly or indirectly working in analytics initiatives, or who aspire to do so.
