Monitors or Dedicated Internet
If you have a corporate display, your space will come with a 6’ skirted table, basic electricity, and wireless access. If you’d like to rent a monitor or want dedicated internet, please place your order through the online ordering portal.

Wireless internet will be available for the conference for general web functions, however, given the demand that the network will experience and the number of attendees, you could potentially experience a slow down in your speed. If a strong connection is imperative for your display and you want dedicated internet, we recommend ordering it through the hotel.
We’re partnering with The Pulse Network, Inc. (TPNI) to offer you a valuable tool to collect leads and contact information during your interactions with attendees at the event.
For additional information and to place your order, download the Lead Retrieval Order Form and submit to TPNI by April 14 for the best rate.
If you have questions, please contact TPNI Customer Service at 781-688-8000 or email [email protected]. They are available between 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET Monday–Friday.
Business packages or materials may be sent to the hotel prior to your arrival. The hotel will receive them on your behalf and have them in safekeeping until your check in, at which point you can retrieve them or request them up to your room or event space. As a guide, for both business and personal packages, please address the package(s) as follows:
