Room Availability

A block of rooms has been reserved for April 30–May 3, 2023. The conference rate has been extended to include three days before and after the conference on a space-available basis.

EDUCAUSE attendees will receive complimentary basic Internet access in their guest rooms, if reservation is booked within the group housing block.

All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee or a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Cutoff Date

EDUCAUSE has reserved a block of rooms until April 3, 2023, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note, if the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, EDUCAUSE may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.
