Tips and Tools to Get the Most Out of Your Experience

Five Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Experience

We encourage everyone who plans to attend to register as soon as possible and no later than April 10 to receive necessary event communications in advance. Learn more about registration and housing.

Full-conference registration includes access to all conference sessions and activities. Enjoy all inclusions to stay alert and energized when connecting with your customers.

This is your chance to build long-lasting relationships with customers who are eager for your solutions.

Remember, most attendees are more concerned with assessing your products and solutions rather than purchasing on site. This is your opportunity to audition for their business, which is a critical touchpoint for future collaboration.

Need ideas for enticing attendees to visit your display? Consider:

  • Crafting an interactive experience that allows them to engage with your products and services
  • Hosting your own unique prize drawings or giveaways
  • Announcing a new product or service at the event

Don’t forget, you’re invited to participate in the Networking Reception on Thursday evening and will receive one free drink ticket during the event. Craft a plan ahead of time to get the most out of this valuable gathering. If your company secured a corporate display, we recommend scheduling one of your staff members to remain at your display to engage with those browsing during the reception, while other staff mingle.

Quickly and easily promote your participation leading up to, during, and after the event using these tips and templates that we've crafted for you.
