Room Availability

A block of rooms has been reserved for May 18–21, 2025. The conference rate has been extended to include three days before and after the conference on a space-available basis.

All reservation requests require a credit card guarantee or a one night's deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.

$239 single or double
Room rate excludes 17.5% room tax.

Housing will open in January.

Cutoff Date

EDUCAUSE has reserved a block of rooms until April 21, 2025, or until sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, reservations at the group rate will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Please note, if the room block fills prior to the cut-off date, EDUCAUSE may not be able to procure more rooms at the group rate.

Parking is available for the fees below, plus tax:

The parking garage does not accommodate oversized vehicles-height clearance is 6’8”

Housing for our spring face-to-face events is location-specific and is booked through the conference hotel directly. EDUCAUSE does not sell or permit the selling of attendee lists.
