There are two ways to get to know who will be coming to 2026 Cybersecurity and Privacy Professionals Conference and connect with those interested in hearing from our corporate community:

Note: EDUCAUSE will not provide pre- or post-conference attendee lists to participating companies.
Participant List (Registration Attendee List)
(Cannot be used for promotional purposes)
- This list consists of those that opt-in during their registration process to share their information with other conference attendees.
- Individuals who are registered to attend the event may access the participant list by logging into their registration.
- Registration lists are provided as a service for conference attendees to network with their peers.
Data may not be harvested, sold to others, incorporated into any type of database, used to generate mailing lists, or employed for any promotional purpose, especially mass email and telephone solicitation. EDUCAUSE prohibits the registration list to be used as a pre or post-conference lead sheet. Abuse of this list will result in prevention of further event involvement. Available to companies with corporate displays only.
EDUCAUSE will create and send three newsletters to all registrants that are focused solely on promoting our companies with corporate displays.
This is a prime opportunity to familiarize your company with hundreds of attendees leading up to the event and increase traffic to your display.
To reserve your space within one of three newsletters:
- Submit your company name and a 300 character description of your company and/or display to EDUCAUSE by March 20. Submit your content.
- Please use a character counter prior to submitting your content to EDUCAUSE. Submissions that exceed the character limit will be returned for revision.
- EDUCAUSE reserves the right to alter or edit content submitted to meet conference and brand guidelines.
- EDUCAUSE will slot your company within one of three newsletters that will be sent to all registrants leading up to the conference.
Please note: The same information will also be used to promote your company and corporate display within the event's online agenda and mobile app. You only need to complete the form once for inclusion in the online agenda, mobile app, and newsletter.
