NOTE: Your Academy registration includes the registration fee to the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference and full access to all program materials and resources for one year.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment will not be processed until your application is approved. Applicants will be notified of the acceptance decision within forty-eight hours.

Cancellations from accepted applicants received on or before September 11, 2025 are entitled to a full refund; there will be no refunds after this date.

Time Commitment

Learners are expected to dedicate approximately three to five hours per week (synchronous and asynchronous) to have an engaged and successful learning experience. This includes live sessions.

Scholarships Available

Financial assistance is available to help recipients attend an EDUCAUSE conference or professional learning program, recognizing a combination of their past achievement, personal and institutional commitment, potential benefit, and financial need.
