Online
Event Description
Many institutions have begun or are planning discussions of AI policy, but nearly half (48%) are not happy with the policies to date for a variety of reasons. Join us for the AI Policies and Ethics event, part of the EDUCAUSE Leadership Series. This event will take place over three weeks, with various opportunities to engage in synchronous, asynchronous, and collaborative learning. During the event, participants will explore the following topics, and more:
- Applied Models and Frameworks for Developing AI Policy
- AI Governance and Policy Cases
- Moving AI Governance and Policy Forward
Throughout the event, participants will network, share with, and learn from a cohort of higher education professionals and leaders. Via structured discussions and activities, participants will:
- Reflect, synthesize, and network while discussing key issues with other professionals in the field; and
- Develop relationships with others for ongoing conversation and ideation as they progress along their professional pathways
