The EDUCAUSE Institute Learning Technology Leadership program will begin with a welcome from the faculty, setting the stage for an invigorating and productive week of learning, sharing, and networking. The LTL faculty will share stories from their personal leadership journeys. This is an interactive session where you can ask questions of the faculty on a wide range of contemporary leadership issues. How did the faculty become leaders, and what personal and institutional lessons have they learned in the process?
Objectives: *Gain an overview of the program and learn who is attending with you *Review what steps you'll take to make the LTL program as productive as possible *Consider what individual priorities you have for the week's experiences *Give a brief self-introduction *Get to know the backgrounds of each faculty member *Interact with the LTL faculty as they describe their leadership journey and experiences *Reflect on the leadership experiences of the faculty and consider what you can gain from those experiences
