Session Type:
General Session
In this interactive session, participants will begin to identify and articulate their values in the creation of a leadership manifesto. We will explore the StrengthsFinder results as one baseline for defining our own professional development roadmap. We will discuss other opportunities for self-reflection beyond this assessment that allow each of us to better understand the core ideals we want to drive our leadership decisions. The leadership manifesto is a place to articulate how you want to lead and identify the skills you bring. We will build on this throughout the week.
Objectives: Understand how leadership strengths can shape your self-reflection on leadership
*Identify and articulate your leadership values *Recognize and build upon your personal strengths *Begin to craft a leadership manifesto *Identify areas for professional development that advance your own manifesto
