Participate as a Team

This event is designed for higher education leaders, professionals, and change management practitioners who are directly involved in shaping, implementing, or overseeing AI governance, policy, and adoption efforts at their institutions. To maximize the impact of the event, institutions are strongly encouraged to send teams of two or more — ideally representing strategy and practice/operations who can partner to translate ideas into action across campus.

While team participation is encouraged, solo attendees are welcome if attending as a team isn’t feasible. Individual participants will have opportunities to engage with peers through group exercises and discussions, fostering cross-institutional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
