Tuesday, January 30 | 2:30PM–3:15PM CT | Preservation Hall, Second Floor
Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
We will review the development and delivery of a plan to support faculty using a new Active Learning Center, which opened in the fall of 2017 on the Purdue University campus. With ever-increasing oversight over university budgets, the roll out of a $79 million building brings with it a responsibility for campus partners to work together to make it a success. Learn what we did to ensure faculty will make maximal use of these new classrooms and collaboration spaces.

Outcomes: Get techniques for faculty engagement strategies at your institution to ensure the success of new learning space initiatives * Understand the importance of including a broad spectrum of institutional stakeholders in formulating support plans for newly rolled out learning spaces * Work with peers to develop strategies you can take back and implement at your institution
