Even the most interesting online courses can fall flat without proper design. However, great online course design does not require a great deal of technical savvy or even a lot of time, and there are some changes you can make to your courses that transform them from damaging to engaging. The tips in this session are based on standards from the Quality Matters rubric, and they will be demonstrated via examples from online courses.
Outcomes: Identify the parts of an introduction portion of an online course * Analyze your own online courses using the information from the session * Develop online courses that utilize the improvements mentioned in this session
