In this interactive "unsession," you will engage in a variety of fast-paced activities identifying challenges and successes around the innovative learning technologies life cycle, such as scalability, stakeholder priorities, resources, and more. The initial activity will drive the direction for the session, and then facilitators will guide the discussion and share their own experiences and tips for navigating complex and varied organizational contexts in higher education. You will leave with real-world examples, a curated list of tools for overcoming shared challenges, and an action plan for implementing these new strategies.
