Despite the intangible nature of the concept, there are very specific and concrete things every team and leader can do to create, sustain, repair, and build the trust needed to move initiatives forward. At the end of the day, it isn't whether people like you or your idea; it's whether they trust you.

This session will provide participants with a chance to apply their knowledge of change management to a change management initiative.

Session Activity

Using a composite institutional profile, participants will be actively engaged to analyze the change management decisions of administrators implementing a major initiative. Test your ability to measure urgency, identify and resolve resistance issues, and develop strategies to embed the change. Prepare to jump in and sharpen your skills.
