Learning Outcomes

NOTE: You will be asked to complete assignments in between the Learning Lab segments that support the learning outcomes stated below. You will receive feedback and constructive critique from course facilitators.

Our Learning Lab is designed to empower introverted leaders by offering tools and techniques to uncover and amplify their inherent strengths. Through this program, participants will:

  • Identify and articulate the key strengths and unique qualities of introverted leaders in the higher education context.
  • Recognize common challenges faced by introverted professionals in higher education and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Enhance communication skills through improvisation techniques, enabling more effective and confident interactions.
  • Develop a personalized action plan to leverage identified strengths, address challenges, and seize opportunities for growth as an introverted leader.
