How should today's online courses be designed to provide maximum impact and foster optimal engagement for students and faculty? This session will explore research from the Pace University Master of Public Administration program that resulted in a collaboratively developed template that is serving a model for all. We will share our findings as well as practical steps that can be taken by others to achieve the same consistent results for successful online and blended course design.
