Conference Location and Hotel Accommodations

EDUCAUSE has confirmed that multiple "housing companies" or "housing wholesalers" not affiliated with EDUCAUSE or this year's NERCOMP Conference have contacted exhibitors, asking you to book hotel rooms through them for the Conference.

The Omni Providence hotel is the only Official Housing Provider for the NERCOMP Annual Conference. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company other than the Omni Providence hotel is not approved by EDUCAUSE. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to have lower rates, however they may be illegitimate, not have the rooms to sell, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to EDUCAUSE.

Please contact the Omni Providence hotel for reservations.

Room availability: A block of rooms has been reserved for March 25-28, 2018. The conference rate has been extended to include three days pre- and postconference on a space available basis. You may book over the extended dates or call the hotel directly to check availability.

>> NERCOMP participants will receive complimentary Internet access in their guest rooms if the reservation is booked within the group housing block.
