Middlebury College ITS embarked on a journey to start a PMO in early 2019. With 100+ projects to manage per year, we dived straight into a tool evaluation. Soon we realized that we placed too much emphasis on selecting the best technology solution and not enough on the process. In this session, you will learn how we dared to restart during COVID. We developed a process framework, got organizational buy-in, built transparency, and leveraged Power BI Dashboards to improve communication.
