Location & Floorplan

The exhibit hall is located in Ballrooms A–C of the Rhode Island Convention Center and is carpeted (carpet orders are not required). The show color is blue.

Exhibitor Move-In, Exhibit Hours, and Exhibitor Move-Out

There is a short time frame for setting up on Tuesday, March 28. Because of this, we strongly recommend shipping your booth in advance to the warehouse instead of directly to the show site. If you must ship directly to the show site, please schedule delivery on Monday, March 27.

Exhibitor Move-In

Tuesday, March 28: 7:30–10:00 a.m.
  • Empty crates must be set in the aisle for pickup by 9:00 a.m.
  • All exhibits must be set by 10:00 a.m. The exhibit hall will be closed to exhibitors for cleaning from 10:00–10:30 a.m.
  • Exhibitors will be allowed to re-enter the exhibit area at 10:30 a.m. for the 10:45 a.m. opening.
  • Due to security, only those with an exhibitor badge will have access to the exhibit hall during move-in and 90 minutes before the hall opens on Wednesday.
  • Please do not schedule meetings in the exhibit hall during move-in and preshow hours. Attendees without an exhibitor badge will not be allowed in the hall.

Exhibit Hours

Tuesday, March 28:

  • 10:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • 1:15–3:45 p.m.
  • 4:45–6:00 p.m

Wednesday, March 29:

  • 10:15–11:15 a.m.

The exhibit hall will be closed:

  • Tuesday from 12:00–1:15 p.m. and 3:45–4:45 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 11:15 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

For the Tuesday evening Networking reception, we recommend scheduling one of your staff members to remain at your booth to engage with those browsing the exhibits during the reception, while other staff mingle.

Promote your company for free in the online Exhibitor Directory. The directory listing includes:

  • Company name
  • Company logo
  • Booth number
  • Sales contact (name/title/email/phone)
  • Website URL
  • Company description/abstract
  • Product/service categories

To submit your directory information, navigate to the "Booth Info" section within your Exhibitor eConsole (provided via email by EDUCAUSE) by Friday, March 10, 5:00 p.m. ET.

If you are not exhibiting at NERCOMP 2023, your company will be recognized on show site signage and on the event home page. Some sponsorships include online agenda recognition.
