Session Type: Poster Session
Delivery Format: Poster Session
The world of XR (eXtended Reality) is still very new to higher ed, and figuring how to get started can be challenging. But with the right knowledge, equipment, and content, you can open access to an entirely new learning environment for students and faculty (and even staff). You will benefit from this session whether you teach liberal arts, STEM, health sciences, or any other discipline. Faculty, educational technologists, instructional designers, and information technology leaders will learn how planning, equipment, apps and simulations, and outreach and training methods were used to set up and grow Central Connecticut State University’s (CCSU) XR Lab into a popular teaching and learning destination on campus.
