EDUCAUSE strives to make its conferences and events accessible for all registrants. We've worked to provide resources that are accessible to as many people as possible, and if you encounter any issues while attending our events, please contact us.

Registration Payment and Cancellation

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration.

Cancellations received on or before Monday, January 29 are entitled to a full conference refund; there will be no refunds after this date.

*Exhibitor Badge Allotment

Five complimentary exhibit staff registrations are included per 8' x 10' (80 sq ft) exhibit space.** Additional exhibit staff registrations may be purchased for $119 each.

**Complimentary exhibitor registrations must be processed by 11:59 p.m. ET on March 21, 2024. Any exhibitor registrations completed after this date and time (including on-site registrations) will be charged the $119 registration rate, even if your allotment hasn't been used. This includes additional exhibitor badges beyond the complimentary number. (There are administrative costs to process registrations after March 21.)

Financial assistance is available to help NERCOMP members attend the NERCOMP annual conference. This program recognizes a combination of personal and institutional commitment, potential benefit, and financial need.
