Location & Floorplan

The exhibit hall is located in Ballrooms A–C of the Rhode Island Convention Center and is carpeted (carpet orders are not required). The show color is blue.

Exhibitor Move-In, Exhibit Hours, and Exhibitor Move-Out

There is a short time frame for setting up on Tuesday, March 26. Because of this, we strongly recommend shipping your booth in advance to the warehouse instead of directly to the show site. If you must ship directly to the show site, please schedule delivery on Monday, March 25.

Exhibitor Move-In

Tuesday, March 26: 7:30–10:00 a.m.
  • Empty crates must be set in the aisle for pickup by 9:00 a.m.
  • All exhibits must be set by 10:00 a.m. The exhibit hall will be closed to exhibitors for cleaning from 10:00–10:30 a.m.
  • Exhibitors will be allowed to re-enter the exhibit area at 10:30 a.m. for the 10:45 a.m. opening.
  • Due to security, only those with an exhibitor badge will have access to the exhibit hall during move-in and 90 minutes before the hall opens on Wednesday.
  • Please do not schedule meetings in the exhibit hall during move-in and preshow hours. Attendees without an exhibitor badge will not be allowed in the hall.

Exhibit Hours

Tuesday, March 26:

  • 10:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • 1:15–3:45 p.m.

Wednesday, March 27:

  • 10:15–11:45 a.m.
  • 1:30–2:45 p.m.

The exhibit hall will be closed:

  • Tuesday from 12:00–1:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday from 11:45 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

2:45–5:00 p.m.

Promote your company for free in the online Exhibitor Directory. The directory listing includes:

  • Company name
  • Company logo and banner
  • Booth number
  • Contact information (phone/address)*
  • Company social media channels/links*
  • Website URL*
  • Company description/abstract
  • Product/service categories

* Information provided will apply to your listing within the conference exhibitor directory only and will not affect your organizational details within your company's EDUCAUSE Profile.

To submit your directory information, your organization's assigned booth contact will receive an email with instructions on how to update your organization's online profile, which will be displayed in the Exhibitor Directory. Content must be updated by Friday, March 1, 5:00 p.m. ET.

Additional Participating Companies

If you are not exhibiting but are sponsoring an item at NERCOMP 2024, your company will be recognized on show site signage and on the event home page. Some sponsorships include online agenda recognition.
