Changing IT Change Management: Goals, Gains, and Continuous Growth

In this session, we will explore the journey of formalizing IT change management within our organization according to the ITIL structure. We had several initial expectations for this initiative, aiming to streamline and mature processes, reduce disruptions, and enhance overall service delivery. Even though our current processes far exceed where we were seven years ago, the journey was not without its challenges and does present obstacles that we continue to work through. We will discuss the realized benefits, lessons learned, and the steps we are taking to make ongoing improvements to the IT change management process.
