This session will guide participants through implementing no-code AI chatbots within learning management systems (LMS) to enhance learner support. Attendees will learn the essential steps for setting up a chatbot without coding experience, including training the chatbot with custom course data for tailored responses, and ensuring robust data privacy practices to safeguard learner information. Additionally, we will address strategies to minimize chatbot "hallucinations" (inaccurate responses) and optimize user interactions for greater accuracy and relevance. By attending, participants will discover how chatbots can transform LMS environments, providing 24/7 assistance, personalized learning experiences, and streamlined administrative support.
