This presentation focuses on the formation of a student team dedicated to addressing accessibility challenges in instructional materials. It emphasizes the training model and framework used to equip the student team and the support they provide to assist faculty members as they enhance the digital accessibility of their courses within the learning management system. The presentation also explores the varying levels of support offered to faculty, tailored to their proficiency with accessibility tools and procedures. Furthermore, it highlights the practices and tools employed to train the student team and their roles in aiding faculty to improve the accessibility of course materials. The training framework we use to prepare the students and the list of tools we use to improve accessibility will be shared.
