This session focuses on strategies for streamlining and scaling augmented reality projects, particularly within small teams. You will be able to try out our application and learn how our team leveraged reusable frameworks and UI templates to create components that can be easily adapted to different projects, reducing development time and effort. The session also highlights key team roles—developer, 3D artist, and designer—and explores strategies for expanding expertise through cross-training and collaboration. Additionally, the session covers essential tools and resources, including development platforms like Unity and Unreal Engine, AR SDKs such as ARKit and ARCore, and design tools like Blender. Emphasis will be placed on selecting the right tools, fostering efficient workflows, and promoting continuous learning to stay ahead of trends in augmented reality development.
