Implementing Zero Trust requires not only technical and architectural changes but also cultural changes. Security leaders need to show strong leadership skills to implement Zero Trust successfully. Strategic management and strategic leadership practices will be the most effective methods that can be used to design and implement a successful Zero Trust solution. Research has shown that a Human-Centered Approach and Leadership Alignment and Accountability are critical elements to implement Zero Trust successfully. In this session, security and IT leaders will get details about strategic leadership behaviors and practices. The session will also give examples and cases to understand the strategic leadership practices. Communication and cultural change are important and critical components of Zero Trust implementation, and strategic leadership skills should be used.
