Everyone assumes that recovery from a cybersecurity incident is all about technical restoration. Equally important is supporting the personnel doing the work and interfacing with campus leadership and the community. I will share what I learned during a recent event, describing how my support and that of my team, our peers, leadership, and the community helped us recover quickly, resiliently, and securely.
