You are invited to start your day with a mindfulness practice. This session includes a brief description of mindfulness followed by a guided practice to center, focus and bring calm to your day. No meditation experience is necessary to participate.

About the Presenter:

Amanda Votto PA-C is a passionate teacher of mindfulness who believes we can all live an intentional, inspired, and compassionate life. She teaches a variety of mindfulness courses including the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) series, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and mindful parenting, and leads retreats & workshops, offering private coaching and keynote speaking events. Amanda is also a physician assistant specializing in cardiology for the past 19 years. She recently received her board certification in hypnotherapy. Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and attended PA school at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She currently lives in Wallingford, Connecticut with her husband and two children.
