A New School, a New Approach: How One University Is Delivering Opportunity and Innovation

Tuesday, March 28 | 2:00PM–2:45PM ET | Room 551
Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Presentation or Panel Session

Fairfield University is about to launch a new initiative: a two-year campus located in Bridgeport, CT, that will enroll city students who would otherwise never go to college. Hear how the Jesuit concept of “cura personalis” (care for the whole person) informs our choices for which devices the students will use, how they’ll be supported, and how the small campus will serve as a testing ground for innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
