Classroom Design in a Changing World

Wednesday, March 29 | 3:00PM–3:45PM ET | Room 551
Session Type: Breakout Session
Delivery Format: Presentation or Panel Session

The videoconferencing experience in a classroom is very different from that of a conference room, so why are so many spaces designed with that as a model? Where do you start planning your next classroom upgrade, what standards can assist the design, and what can be done to promote equity between various users? Without focusing on specific hardware, we will explore lessons learned during the pandemic, discuss technologies that help promote a good experience for all, and discuss tools that can help.
