As part of a larger goal to move from a traditional architecture based on Active Directory to an Azure-centered model, the client infrastructure team at Southern Connecticut State University completed a two-year project in the spring of 2023. Windows and OS X devices now authenticate through Azure Active Directory and are managed with Intune and Jamf. Challenges encountered and solutions developed will be shared, including Jamf Pro Azure AD Connector, wireless authentication with Azure, and translating group policy to Intune.
