The Goldilocks Instructional Design Process: Project Management + Instructional Design = Just Right

During this session, you will explore with the presenters and your colleagues how the processes associated with instructional design can be effectively managed using project management tools and techniques. We will share our process and project management tools and describe how they have enabled us to design up to 120 courses per year with 9 designers and 2 multimedia developers with that “just right” balance between design, collaboration, and creativity.
