When you are faced with inequity and adversity in your organization, what tools do you have in your arsenal? A diverse panel at various stages of their careers will discuss the difficult questions around leadership from a BIPOC perspective, provide advice on how to build resiliency, and balance tensions between work, identity, and navigating power in higher education.
