Showcase Webinar | Institutional Resilience

Higher education is being battered by a wide range and number of risks, many of which are beyond our ability to control or even influence.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss institutional resilience as the ability to anticipate, respond, and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in ways that maximize opportunities and minimize consequences of unforeseen events. You’ll hear from institutional and industry leaders as they review strategies for building foundations that will allow institutions to respond to quickly changing circumstances.

Outcomes:

  • Learn how to take a long view in planning and risk management while responding to short-term incidents, and consider how institutions are currently responding to, and planning for, the changing nature of U.S. federal relations and global relationships.
  • Understand how to foster cross-institutional relationships that support institutional resilience.
  • Consider the differences between mission, operational, and financial resilience and how institutions can build foundations for each type of resilience.
