Most institutions have launched an AI agent. Far fewer have scaled from one successful use case to many across offices with different systems, data, and priorities. Two CIOs, alongside CollegeVine's Chief Strategy Officer, will share what that shift has required on their campuses. Drawing on experiences spanning enrollment, financial aid, academic affairs, IT, and student services, they’ll explore how institutions can build the foundation for AI at scale. The discussion will cover sequencing, data readiness, governance, integration, escalation design, lessons learned, and what each leader would do differently, followed by audience Q&A.

- Identify the data unification and governance work that has to happen before an AI agent can act on institutional records.
- Apply criteria for sequencing agents across campus offices, including which use cases to deploy first and why.
- Design escalation and staffing models that define where an agent stops and a staff member takes over.
