Webinar | Three Years Since ChatGPT-3.5: Strategic Considerations for AI’s Next Phase on Our Campuses
Three years after the launch of ChatGPT-3.5, higher education is shifting from exploration to a more scaled, intentional use of AI. As institutions look ahead, several strategic considerations rise to the forefront: designing beyond point solutions to support a fuller view of the student experience; developing clearer approaches to defining and measuring ROI; and making intentional choices about how to fund and guide AI innovation amid limited resources, ethical expectations, and sustainability commitments, among others.
This webinar invites campus leaders to reflect on AI’s trajectory and explore strategies for its next phase. Among various topics, participants will consider how we might approach deploying AI tools that provide broader longitudinal insights; how to strengthen our approaches to articulating and assessing ROI; and how high-impact results can emerge from small, strategic investments. Campus leaders will leave with a clearer understanding of the strategic levers available to them and possible pathways for moving forward with purpose and clarity.
