Beyond Technology: Creating the Next-Generation Student Experience

When we identified the need to replace our antiquated student information system at Johns Hopkins University, we seized the opportunity to reenvision the entirety of our interaction with students. The Student Services Excellence Initiative—an experience-led, digital and real-world transformation project—was born.
